Located in South West Jakarta, British School Jakarta (BSJ) has been providing a unique learning experience for children aged 2 all the way to 18. Their curriculum integrated British and international education systems, helping to provide students with a diverse learning experience inside their state-of-the-art classrooms.

British School Jakarta needed a way to centralize knowledge, speed up staff onboarding, and provide quick access to policies and schedules. With eesel AI, they automated responses to common inquiries, reducing administrative workload and improving efficiency.

Making information more readily available

As an educational pillar in their community, BSJ needed to be able to help as many people as possible. eesel AI has made this possible by handling many aspects of both knowledge management and dispersal.

BSJ has trained their AI bots on:

  • PDFs
  • Website pages

With access to all of these sources, they created customized inline chats to embed in specific pages on their website. This allows parents and students, both new and existing, to use the chatbot to get answers whenever they want. If they had questions about how school schedules worked, any upcoming holidays, uniform questions, all of these answers were now at their fingertips.

They’ve also created an internal bot, designed to keep all internal information separate from their public facing bot. This meant being able to onboard new staff much quicker. If a teacher had a question about specific procedures, but their onboarding was cut short, they can simply hop onto the internal chatbot and ask any questions they want and be provided with fast, accurate answers.
