How to connect Intercom with your Google Docs

Your documentation shouldn’t all have to be in one location. Sometimes your company files, especially across different departments, are across several apps. Your Notion pages aren’t in the same place as your Google Docs and whenever you need to find the right info to answer an Intercom ticket, finding and then synthesizing it can be a huge chunk of your time – and your customers’ time.

With eesel AI, you can connect all your platforms to help your support team and automate your support processes. You can use your company documentation to draft replies, automate ticket responses, triage incoming tickets, and get AI insights.

Your team will be happy to be able to speed up their workflow and minimize manual tasks, like hunting down the specific Google Doc on someone else’s Drive.

Your customers will be happy to access instant replies that are accurate, provide source links, and maintain the tone that you set for it.
